Customers of Kentucky Fried Chicken are being offered new options to save money on their favorite menu items as a response to the growing frustrations they feel with the escalating pricing of fast food.
On Monday, the chicken giant made the announcement that it will be introducing a new value menu called Taste of KFC Deals, which will be available before the end of the year.
There are three distinct meal options that are included on the new menu, and they are offered at KFC outlets all around the United States on a daily basis. A customer can also place an order for these using the mobile app and website of KFC.
A drum and a thigh of chicken are included in the $4.99 Meal for One, which also includes mashed potatoes, gravy, and a biscuit. The total number of calories in this meal is 540-810.
Another option is the four-piece Meal for Two, which ranges from 1,130 to 1,820 calories and includes a drum, thigh, breast, and wing, in addition to mashed potatoes and gravy and two biscuits. Location plays a role in determining the cost of this dinner.
A six-piece supper consisting of two drums, two thighs, one breast, and one wing, along with four separate sides and four biscuits, is included in the $20 Family Deal (4,110-4,470 calories) for individuals who are interested in feeding an even greater number of people on a single occasion.
In addition to sweet corn and coleslaw, the Secret Recipe Fries, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes with or without gravy, and sweet corn are all available as side dishes.
KFC has introduced a number of new value products in addition to these three meal packs. A bucket of eight pieces of drums and thighs, which contains between 1,020-2,400 calories, is offered to consumers for just ten dollars during the chain’s new $10 Tuesdays promotion, which is only available on Tuesdays and is only available for a limited time.
Nick Chavez, the chief marketing officer at Kentucky Fried Chicken, stated in a news release that the company had developed a value menu that genuinely offers value. The new Taste of KFC Deals menu demonstrates that you do not have to compromise on quality or taste in order to reduce the amount of money you spend on food.
KFC also mentioned that prices, participation, and product offerings may differ from one location to another. Prices are higher in Alaska, Hawaii, and California, as well as on websites that are used by third parties to place orders.
Several new items have been added to the menu at KFC, in addition to the new meal deals that the company has just introduced.
On April 1, the fast-food chain introduced its Saucy Nuggets, which are available in five different flavors: Honey Sriracha (45 calories per nugget), Korean BBQ (45 calories per nugget), Each nugget has 45 calories from Sticky Chicky Sweet ‘n Sour Sauce, 60 calories from Nashville Hot, and 60 calories from Georgia Gold. Each nugget contains 45 calories.
With any digital order that is at least ten dollars, customers have the opportunity to receive a free ten-piece order of these new nuggets.
Additionally, KFC introduced new Apple Pie Poppers, which each contain 80 calories, in addition to the Saucy Nuggets. These are produced with a crust that is buttery and flaky, and the inside is apple pie that is warm.
