The month of July has been a very busy one for brands of fast food. As a result of the introduction of Taco Bell’s Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries and the reintroduction of Arby’s much-loved Potato Cakes, there has been an abundance of intriguing products added to the menu that customers can try.
As of right now, Bojangles is getting in on the action by reintroducing a sandwich that is a fan favorite.
The BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich has recently been brought back by the regional fast-food restaurant that is famous for its fried chicken and biscuits.
Bojangles’ distinctive barbecue sauce and creamy house-made coleslaw are served on top of this delicacy that is returning to the menu. It is pulled pork from North Carolina that has been pit-smoked.
It has been confirmed by a spokesperson of Bojangles that this sandwich will only be available until the middle of August. Those who enjoy fast food will want to take notice of this information.
The recently introduced BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is not the only new item that has been added to the chain’s menu. Bojangles has also formed a partnership with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in order to honor historically significant tag teams in the sport of wrestling.
The chain has been giving away collectible mugs representing renowned WWE tag teams on Mondays during the month of July. Customers who purchase an eligible sandwich are eligible to receive these cups.
The Brothers of Destruction, The Outsiders, The Hart Foundation, and The Dudley Boyz are the tag teams that are utilized in this competition. During the time that supplies are available, the cups will be sold in-store at eateries that are participating.
The BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Bo’s Chicken Sandwich (740 calories), and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (570 calories) are the three sandwiches that are eligible for this limited-time promotion.
On top of a bakery bun, Bo’s Chicken Sandwich is comprised of a chicken breast that has been marinated and hand-breaded, and it is topped with a buttermilk coating that is crisp, creamy mayonnaise, and pickles.
The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is made up of a chicken breast that has been grilled, covered with lettuce and tomato, and served on a bread that has been lightly toasted.
Peach cobbler is the latest addition to Bojangles’ menu, which already featured a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. More recently, the restaurant also added a new sweet treat to its offers.
This dish was introduced by the business a week ago, and it will be available for purchase until the end of the summer. Peach cobbler is a dessert that is served warm and consists of a homemade buttermilk biscuit that is topped with peaches, drizzled with icing, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
Bojangles is speeding up its expansion efforts at the same time that it is continuing to introduce new and returning menu items. The quick-service restaurant business made the announcement at the beginning of the year that it had added 270 new sites to its development pipeline.
A later announcement revealed that the company intended to expand by opening twenty new restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona, and thirty more units in Los Angeles. Currently, Bojangles has more than 800 sites around the country.
