People can’t wait for a long-lost Pringles flavor to be back in stock. The snack brand revealed yesterday that Honey Mustard Pringles would be returning to their lineup after teasing the arrival of a new chip flavor on Instagram.
Fans were disappointed when Pringles removed this flavor in 2022. The parent business of the brand, Kellanova, claims that “thousands” of social media users asked for the item’s return. The tangy-sweet flavor of these chips is created by a blend of garlic and red spices.
According to Mauricio Jenkins, the U.S. marketing lead for Pringles, the Honey Mustard flavor has a very dedicated following and has been the most requested flavor from the brand for the past two years. Pringles Honey Mustard chips, beloved by many for their subtle sweetness and tanginess, are now again available to shoppers…for good!
Selected retailers across the country will carry the chips that are making a triumphant return.
Instagram users speculated in the post’s comments area when Pringles initially hinted at the forthcoming flavor release. Cheeseburger, honey BBQ, spicy mustard, ketchup with mustard, and honey mustard were among the forecasts.
Many fans took to the comments area of Pringles’ Instagram post to express their joy at Honey Mustard’s return.
How amazing are these? May I soon be able to locate them. I used to be required to go to a different state just to get them. An Instagram user gushed about how amazing they are.
Another person added, “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.”
Pringles introduced several new varieties in 2023. The brand’s limited-edition Everything Bagel flavor debuted in August. It features roasted garlic, poppy seeds, cream cheese, sesame, and onion overtones.
Prior to the release of this taste, the snack company introduced Pringles Harvest Blend, a line of chips that included both sweet potato and multigrain types. In addition to Multigrain Homestyle Ranch, Sweet Potato Sea Salt, and Multigrain Farmhouse Cheddar, these chips are also available in Sweet Potato Smoky BBQ.
